Almost all forgings we provide can be supplied in turned condition using CNC or VMC machines. We can also submit full PPAP documentation with Statistical Quality Control (Cp, Cpk) for turned parts.

Closed die forging presses metal between two dies that contain a precut profile of the desired part. This process can yield more complex shapes and closer tolerances than open-die forging. We have 3 Drop Hammers and 2 Friction Screw Presses for carrying out this operation producing pieces upto 20 KG (44 lbs) in weight.

Seamless rolled ring forging is typically performed by punching a hole in a thick, round piece of metal (creating a donut shape), and then rolling the donut into a thin ring. We have 4 Ring Rolling Mills equipped with Schuler presses with capacity to produce rings upto 500mm (20 inch) Outer Dia and upto 25 KG (55 lbs) in weight. We can also make Contoured Rings so as to reduce the machining allowances to a minimum and make them very similar to the final shapes.

We have a small 1.5 inch upsetter used to make Digging bars as shown in the photograph. We can gather max upto 50mm (2 inch) head on this upsetter.
