ABOUT US
 
Forgewell began operations with one drop hammer and has remained a family-managed company with a medium-size structure since it was founded in 1978. The company, which will celebrate its 30th year of business in 2008, has doubled its sales over the past five years.

During all those years, we have always acted with the focus on our customers and employees and have thus promoted a corporate culture that guarantees our customers a high level of willingness and innovation.


At present, the company has production lines with Drop Hammers, Ring Rolling and Upsetter. We are equipped with Induction Billet Heater, Oil Fired Furnaces, In house die making, CNC Lathes and other allied equipment needed to support our operations. With timely delivery, reliable services and exceptional quality, we have won extensive trust and support from our clients.

Three Drop Hammers, Four Ring Rolling Lines, Two Friction Screw Presses and One Upsetter

 
produce parts that weigh from as small as 100 grams (0.2 lbs) to 25KG (55 lbs) in carbon, alloy and stainless steel.
Forgewell can design the forgings, produce the dies, and deliver product samples in one week if necessary and always within three to four weeks. With new, high speed CNC machining centers, dies and samples can be made in two to three days if required.
       
 
More than 95% of our sales are to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) & Tier I Automotive customers.
